Here here. Although he was obviously misguided I do wonder how much effect the pathetic childish behaviour of the discovery employees (especially Renton) posting on this thread had on Lee and his actions. You should all be ashamed of your behaviour, you were very lucky this didn't end up much much worse. You behaved no different from playground bullies taunting and teasing someone who is obviously misguided but who's heart is in the right place (if very extreme).you should read back over your posts and think before you start typing.

He was a grown man for Christ sakes who put a blog together and begged for attention and reveled in arguement. Anyone who finds my comments rude; fine, no arguement here. Expect that when you make outlandish statements on a public forum. But if you believe that I, or anyone else on the blog is to blame, then you are a self-riteous pin head. Did you even talk to him? I introduced myself to him at the protest and we talked... he didn't seem crazy, just waaaay misguided, opinionated, and angry. Also, where were you when he was protesting Discovery, telling employees that they are a blight on society? Or telling my wife she should get her tubes tied becuase children are disgusting. It's so easy to dismiss a person aa being unstable, mentally-ill, etc... and blame everyone else for his failings. By your logic I suppose Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were mentally ill and should be felt sorry for too.I feel bad for the folks who at Discovery went through the ordeal, not Lee.
